Shipping policy

Petite Prima Tutu Supplies offer a fully tracked service with Australia Post for your online orders (subject to postcode availability), tracking updates will be sent to your provided email.

Processing & postage of your online order will occur most often within two working days of placing an online order.

To help us get your Express Post parcel to you, please submit your order by 3:00pm AEST as the yellow boxes close by 4:00pm.

We do apologise however, same day packaging & postage for Express Post cannot be completed on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

Calculating shipping costs is a little tricky, based on location, parcel size and weight.  We have worked hard to provide a broad range of postage options that are affordable and reliable.

Petite Prima Tutu Supplies do not make any profits from postage charges.

If the shipping cost is significantly greater than what has been charged, we will contact you to obtain an additional payment.

Standard postage (2-6 business days) starts from $10.95
Express postage (1-3 business days) starts from $13.95

Postage Options (NZL):
Standard postage starts from $16.95
Express postage starts from $33.95

Please be aware that once we have lodged your parcel with Australia Post, we do not have any control over the shipping timeframe.
